RECIPE FOR COOKING PES AYAM PEDAS

  • INGREDIENTS
    Palm oil, Chilli, Onions, Tamarind, Spices, Citric Acid, Salt, Sugar, Flavour.
    Minyak Sawit, Cili, Bawang-Bawang, Asam Jawa, Asam Keping, Ramuan Rempah, Asid Sitrik, Garam, Gula,Perisa.

    METHOD
    Boli (450ml) of water, add in Adami Asam Pedas Paste stir until the paste desolve, add in fish (500gm)and cook for 5 minutes.
