METHOD OF COOKING ADAMI MULTI-PURPOSE CURRY PASTE

  • 1) 1 packet ADAMI MULTI-PURPOSE CURRY PASTE (200gm).
    2) 1 chicken appox 2kg cut into bite size pieces 1.25 litre of water, 1kg potatoes (peal), 1 coconut's milk (200ml coconut's milk).

    INGREDIENTS
    Vegetables oil, spices, dhal, onions, chilli, salt, sugar and flavour.

    METHOD
    1) Pour water in a pot, put in ADAMI MULTI-PURPOSE CURRY PASTE (stir until the paste desolve).Add in chicken, potatoes and cook for 40 mins.
    2) Add in coconut milk and bring to boil.
    3) Serve hot with rice or white bread. Serving for 15 persons.

    * Note: ADAMI MULTI-PURPOSE CURRY PASTE can used for cooking vegetables curry etc.
