METHOD OF COOKING ADAMI MULTI-PURPOSE KORMAK PASTE

  • 1) 1 packet ADAMI MULTI-PURPOSE KORMAK PASTE (200GM)
    2) 1 chicken approx 2kg cut into bite size pieces,1 litre of water

    INGREDIENTS
    Vegetable OIL, Spices, Onions, Vegetables, Fried Coconut, Tomato Paste, Coconut Sugar, Salt and Flavour.

    METHOD
    1) Pour water into the pan, put in ADAMI MULTI-PURPOSE KORMAK PASTE, stir until the paste desolve.
    2) Add in chicken and cook for 30 mins.
    3) Serving with rice for 12 persons. *(For beef or mutton the meats have to boil with water until tender before cooking) *The ADAMI MULTI-PURPOSE KORMAK PASTE can cook with eggs, crabs and prawns.
